Why so much hate toward ECU? You have to give them some credit, their top 3 guy are running decent times. I think If anyone in the conference has a change to beat them it will come down to the 4th and 5th man vs. their 4th and 5th man.
Oh, and about beating ACU, common are you for real???
No, half miler that wasnt me that posted earlier. But we'll see how it goes at conference and regionals, who ends up on top.

thanks for the respect eric. i was wondering why we were getting so much hate also. we have always given our competition the utmost respect. we are constantly congratulating everyone after races and wishing them good luck before. i do look forward to running against you all at the conference meet. good luck to you all!

Regardless of what most believe, there is no UTOPIA for training. You can be "all you can be" at any location if you are willing to put in the training. Forget about the scenery/environment and train.
