Given their admission rates, they are all probably somewhat of a crapshoot regardless of your running.
Granted this story is merely an anecdote, but illustrative. Top runner on my xc team took a recruiting trip to a top D3 xc school. The head coach was telling him that his son was a 4:12 miler in HS and had scored over 700 pts on each section of the SAT test. Still got wait-listed at Princeton.
+1
Coaches only have so much pull with the admissions office. They might give admissions a list of kids to keep an eye out for if they apply, but it is no guarantee they'll get in.
Honestly, if you REALLY want to go Ivy, you should take the initiative and contact the coaches after your junior year to tell them that you are interested in their program. There are prospective athlete questionnaires listed on each of their team websites, so fill those out.
I'm guessing you're a distance runner, but are you a boy or girl? Princeton men and Dartmouth women had the strongest distance teams in 2013-14. Columbia men are stronger in the middle distances.
