Jamaican sprinters' funk - off the sauce with JADCO's feet to the fire?

However Weir has a great result, Ashmeade and Carter are proving solid, VCB is doing well, Parchment is doing great...so they're not completely dead in the water. Plus they have some juniors/younger sprinters coming on well.

The big guns are dead, however--Bolt, Blake, Powell, Frater. That's a whole 4x1 team right there.

Weir has never run as fast as Gay or Dix for 200, let alone Bolt and Blake. VCB trains in the US as do certain others (in either Florida or Houston). I've pointed out before that Gatlin is running the same exact times he ran 2 years ago and other sprinters not based in Jamaica, including Lemaitre and Vacaut in France and the Brits, are not any different they were a year or two ago.

But all the Jamaicans that were taking advantage of the no testing policy in Jamaica before this season are "injured," it appears.

JADCO has most definitely come under fire from WADA, and you are now seeing what the last two Olympics SHOULD have looked like. The Jamaicans aren't just losing to Americans. They're also losing to the French now that might have been ridiculed 2 years ago.

Coach D isn't aware of that "info" either, he just made it up in a way that makes it look suspicious for the main Jamaicans, even though some of them have documented nearly career ending injuries that occurred during very fast indoor seasons, and if they were suddenly no longer doping, they wouldn't have run nearly that fast in indoors.

I would take anything said by Coach D with a grain of salt, even more so than others on the internet, we have already established that he isn't the DI coach he has claimed to be in the past.

But to answer your original question, there are lots of other threads that have been going on about Bolt, "the Beast," etc.

Yep, they're solid. Jamaica are solid without the dope.

They're ridiculous with it though, they're not ridiculous this year.

You don't need testing for dopers to take an off year. They cycle. They spend a year off to reset their endocrine systems.

They are in the mix for the win, look at Ashmeade winning the Glasgow 100 by a millimetre over Rodgers, 2mm behind whom Carter finished 3rd.

THAT'S an honest finish. We see that Ashmeade and Carter are as good as the best in the world except for Gatlin (Thompson's 9.82 time was bogus), and in that race slightly better than Collins, Thompson, and Dasaolu, and definitely better than HAA in any race.

The ONLY guy who stands out this year is Gatlin. He is the only one of the big guns still standing. Sure Gay is competing, but he needs to prove himself, he has lost that turbo that he used to have.

But the remaining Jamaicans are, as you said, solid--so solid that they could, and just did, win any race that Gatlin isn't in. And as we know, Gatlin juiced, and may (MAY) retain the benefits.

Jamaica = nicely solid while clean, competitive in any race with the clean best in the world.

Also, KBC won the "B" race in a good time, that would have finished mid-pack in this race, within a meter of the leaders.

You do realize that 2015 is Beijing World Champs, 2016 is Rio Olympics and 2017 is London World Champs.

The big guns that are smart are competing sparingly in 2014.

Of course not! Don't you know that when distance runners take an off year to rest for the world champs, olympics, world champs three year streak it is smart strategy, but when sprinters do it, it is indicative of them doping/"letting their endocrine recharge?"

You are not an actual coach, just another cheating Jamaican covering up the truth, that Jamaica got caught not testing athletes at all,and most if not all of the Jamaicans based in Jamaica are either slow or "injured" now that WADA isn't letting them get away with that crap any more.

VCB was coached in college and later by Lance Brauman and has continued to live in the Us and train with US clubs/coaches. And she is the only top Jamaican running like she did.

Non-Jamaican sprinters are unaffected. It's only the cheating Jamaican pieces of shit, like the poster I'm responding to.
