Ran a flying 200 tonight in 21.7(jogging start)I also ran a 10.8 flying 100 last week. I just got back from a stress fracture that made me miss my entire senior track season so I want to have a killer freshman indoor season. Have been running 50 miles a week with emphasis on hills, plyo and mile repeats. Always had good speed but never this fast .What can I run for 400 meters? I just graduated and am running the 800 in college next year.
