Well he's 6 seconds ahead of the women's world record!
Time to hang 'em up.
A better performance today than last week! Getting calloused. What place did he get?
Those were little chinese boys running "WR" back in 1993.

Only six seconds ahead of little Chinese boys then!
Time to hang 'em up.

Don't be ridiculous. The dude is training for a fall marathon and is merely racing in order to get his race mentality up!
3200 or 2 mile?
You have to start somewhere. He just ran 3:51 for the 1500, so this is further improvement. He really had a long way to go to get back to a high level. I am glad he is competing in Europe. That is one thing Schumacher's other athletes don't do enough of.
He came back from serious injury to run 13:23 last April and now he can only run that pace for 3k? What happend to him this year? Was there another injury or illnes that we didn't hear about? I wish him the best but something doesn't seem right.
Yeah, and he opened up UW in like 8:05 January/February 2013.
Also, he started running again like a year before the 3k last year...
So this result is ~2.5 years after he started running again.
Gotta love Solinsky, but this is not even top level HS stuff anymore

8:00 for 3000 is not even top level HS stuff?!?
What high school did you go to?
That's what I don't get. A year and a half after he started training again he runs 13:23 then a year after that he is running much slower. It just seems strange he would be that much slower this year than last year unless he was injured or had an illnes or...
The one that watched German go 8:34 two miles 7 years ago and 7:47 at 18 years old
and Verzbickas 8:29 two mile
Do the math on those runs
This is way better than his 3:51, but this sport waits for no one.
By the way, look what McDougal did today
Hall DNFs
and pretty sure in two weeks McD could run sub 8:00
and has anyone had more inuries and off time than he?
Results?
I'm sorry, but I think 3:51 and 8:00 are very good for him, and I'm suprised he's even getting into these races to be honest, but I'm glad he is
This has to be a confidence booster, and if he can just get back into 13:25 5k shape which he will later on if he stays healthy then I think he could produce a very good marathon result and contend for top spots at US Championships
Schumacher did play a small role in his huge injury after his breakout season, I don't think he should have ever ramped up the mileage so high after his 26:59, almost to 160mpw, but I do give Jerry props to giving him a steady progression back and he's getting him on the right track

Pretty sure that 8:34 2 mile is not a whole lot better than 8:00 3000.
So, basically what you are saying is that Solinsky's current performance is roughly equal to one of the best performances in the history of HS track and therefore it is is "not even top level HS stuff anymore".
OK, I can see your logic. It fits an absolute moron who has no idea what he is talking about but just loves talking out his ass.
Dufus, Solinsky ran 8:45 in HS and 4:05
His 8:45 at a minimum winning easy was worth about 8:05
and an 8:34 two mile is sub 8:00 every day of the week, on any conversion
and he ran 13:23 last year, do you have any idea what pace that is?
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
