So I read that article in the Atlanta Journal Constitution about McDougal. It says he proposed to his wife just one month after receiving a random facebook message from her. Is this true?

given his 4:10 mile, and assuming he's not training specifically for mid-d, I'd give him a 30:30 or so. Within a few spots of Hall. I'd guess they're around the same fitness for a 10k

From his twitter/article linked to on lrc homepage,, he's a little over 6 months into his come back and he's doing 110-120 mile weeks with some 10k based workouts. I say he'll be 29:10 if the weather is okay, closer to 30 if it is hot and humid.

30 flat if conditions are great. Low 31 if they are not. After just one race either would be impressive

If he breaks 30 it would be a great start. He's been away for almost 7 years and Peachtree is HOT. Just the fact that he's putting it on the line again is great. It will light up these boards again.
