All in 100K!
All in 100K!
NB and Oiselle seem to sign the attractive female runners.

You don't have a clue. More like 30k to 40k.
30 to 40K would be pretty damn good considering she only went to clown college
No way! Roesler is a 5 star recruit for someone ( Nike). She is to good and will run 1:58 this season. Much better than the yearly 2:02 types out of college. She is fast!

Your name is quite fitting.
I agree, she will sign for at least 100K. She has speed, looks and brains (academic All-American).
Pretty big "bum" in that instagram. I say she signs with NIKE for 30K? She can make much more $$$ by signing with New Balance, Adidas, or Saucaony, but she won't experience the benefits she will receive from a NIKE.
Having just learned that she signed (today) with Ricky Sims of Pace Sports Management, she will be well-taken care of (ie substantially more than $100K). Being with Pace is an indicator that she is regarded as very high professional value. Good on Laura. She deserves it.
1:59.0x puts her around 250 alltime world and top 25 alltime USA
I have no idea what that is worth in the track&field employee world.

Agreed. She has talent, is personable, and is very attractive.
http://instagram.com/p/po_K5dw-nP/Meh. She's good looking, but not great. Judging from her Instagram, she seems very conceited and annoying.
Her boyfriend indicates Nike but it would be funny if she signed with Hoka One One.
She needs to be coached by Johnny Gray which may mean signing with Saucony.
Right now she's waaaay below her potential. If trained properly she could easily split 56-60. She's a racer right now, but if she turns into a time trialer and takes advantage of her top speed she will be invincible, as in world champion next year.

All combined, she will make well over 100K in 2015.

Roesler is a top talent! 100K sounds about right! WHEN she starts running 1:57 a little bump might be needed.

what does that mean, she could easily split 56-60? You really think she could go out in 56? She went out in 59 and had nothing for a move on Ajee'. You think that transition to best in the world happens over night or even in one year?
Also, folks need to hold their horses. She ran the race of her life. It's one step. Let's see what happens next. You don't get a hundred grand guaranteed for dipping under 2 minutes once. I don't think folks understand how incentive laden these contracts are.
Nike will definitely pay a premium for someone who is marketable (i.e. good looking and personable). They will pay good money for someone who can be the face for their brand and a lock to be on an Olympic team. Roesler has tons of talent and is about as good a brand ambassador as you will every be able to find. Nike will pay $200k+ with significant performance bonuses. If Roesler medals at Worlds in 2015 and makes the US Olympic team for 2016, she will be the face of Nike for the 2016 Olympics.

what makes you so sure she even makes top 3 in the US next year? Think about it: Montano will be back. Ajee' is in command. Brenda is overworked at the moment but will not go quietly. Chanelle is having a banner year. One race does not make a champion. Maybe Nike pays a premium for her being cute. I don't know what they pay Hassay, who may also not make the US team. But the idea that Roesler is a lock of some kind is premature.
