Looks like fake. Or at least a sh|tty product. Not even an author is listed.

Sounds like Salazar ghost wrote his own book.

Pretty sure they are trying to sell articles, etc. that have already been published- definetely illegal.

Trip others or cry like a bitch when your athlete gets tripped.

You're never too young to overtrain

1) Starve until you are so emaciated that people in refugee camps look like Rosie O'Donnell in comparison.

2) Run insane miles and insane intensities for a year or two, because, what are you complaining about? I'm Ablerto! I DIED, goddamn it! Are you dead yet? Then, keep running, maggot!

3) Win some races, clutch your award while you sob and tremble weakly.

4) Burn out, get kicked from team, never hear from Alberto again. Open a florist shop. Try to live.

I have no interest in Saladbar's training philosophy because the only reason his athletes are successful is that they're talented.

He's the best distance coach in the world and you are not fit to shine his shoes?

Saladbar has coached for decades and his athletes are only now enjoying success because he is only now coaching athletes gifted enough to succeed on the world stage. He knows nothing.
