Cain 800, Centrowitz 1500, Rupp 5000.
Sad not to see the supposed top runners stepping up and competing.

Sad to see you don't have a life.
Because I would like to see the nation's best competing at, um, "nationals"?
mmkay.
Dude, Cain's main event isn't the 800. I'm sure you can find plenty of stuff to nitpick NOP over without having to make stuff up.

If Cain were in top shape / sharp she might have run the 800. But she isn't so she didn't. If it were reversed, your cowardly PC ass wouldn't be typing this drivel. You left out Merritt. Oh, that's right. He's black. He gets a pass. Especially when it comes to his drug use, no doubt, when it comes to nuthuggers like you.

You mad?
Cowardly? You can't even use the same FAKE NAME consistently. I'm one up on you there.
PC? Hardly. Who under the age of 50 even uses that term, anyway? Say what you mean. Use real words.
On that topic, what is a nuthugger? Someone who disagrees with you? Someone who critiques the people your fanboy ass is obsessed with?
For the record, I am disappointed in all of the DUCKing elites. It just so happens a lot of that comes out of NOP.
Mary Cain is overrated. Prepare to stick a fork in her.
How is running her main event (1500) ducking?
This effort isn't even good at all.
She "ducked" Wilson to face the far superior (in respective events) Jenny Simpson. Moreover, the 1500 is her primary event. Why would she run the 800 anyway...unless you think she should have doubled.
Oh yes, she totally ducked the competition by not running the 800m...
Yes, because the 1500m field was sooooo weak, it's not like it included a world outdoor 1500m gold medalist by the name of Jenny Simpson...
Can you imagine if Cain didn't run the 1500m? She would get just as much heat for ducking Alexa Efraimson too, and I really don't want that all over again on the message boards so for now can you give this 18 year old girl a break? She's probably the best in the US right now behind Martinez in the 8/15 double, and whichever one she decides to run is fine by me...
OP, how badly would Cain have dominated Ajee Wilson if Wilson hadn't duck the USATF 1500m?
See how stupid that sounds? They each ran their pet event.
Go get a life loser and stop hacking on a teenage girl.
Everyone says Cain's main event is the 1500, so why run something else? well isn't she supposed to run a 3000m soon when Efraimson and Cranny are running a 1500?

This is one of the dumbest original postings on LR. People run their best events; this isn't a dual meet. And Cain brought it today.
Agreed with the others here. Cain ran her best event. She was never entered in the 800 as far as I know.
I do wish Rupp had gone ahead and raced the 5000 he was signed up to race, though. Has he ever won a national championship at the 5? I guess he won the Olympic Trials one year, but still, one would think he wanted to show once and for all he was better than Lagat. I do get he wants a fast time in Paris, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed we didn't get to see a class matchup between the nation's two best 5K runners.
Is Lagat running Paris?
Since nobody actually answered the question, I will be the first to do so.
I strongly believe the answer to your question would be 1.18 seconds.

The OP probably doesn´t understand the difference, since he´s probably in high school.
