I've run 3:53, and I would have been able to do that workout fairly comfortably in season.
However, I'm more of an 800/1500, so speed workouts come easier to me. You might be able to run sub close to 3:45 if you have a really strong aerobic base.

yup
ran 3:53 as well and def could have done this. but was an 800 guy with an over16 5k.
OP are you sub 15? if so then you're looking better for a shot at 3:45
