I have been running for about a year and just recently got really serious. In the matter of 4 weeks my mile PR went from 7:40 to 6:40 and still dropping dramatically... Im looking for a plan to break me into 4 minute range in the next couple months. Thanks

Start with 10x70 sec. 400 m with a lap jog twice a week
Gradually work these down to 65 sec. Then down to 60 sec. Jog a lap (400m) rec.

If you want to cover a mile in four minutes, I suggest you get a bike.
