I am a runner who has run for 3 years, I'm 6 foot 1 and 142 pounds. I just have a simple question, am I 400/800 or 800/1500. My 400 PR is 51.00 (in practice) my 800 is a 2:04, feel like I could go sub 2 if I really pushed and my 1600 is 4:48. I don't have a 1500 time because my state doesn't run the 1500 outdoors. I used to play soccer for my freshman and sophomore year but this year I ran cross country and got a pr of 17:09. I run a 3200m in 10:27 after a season of working on it. My simple question is am I 400/800 or 800/1500??
