Ah, youth. What do you get your heart rate up to if you go flat out for, say, 8 minutes?

Which reminds me, are you sticking with your claim that Lawi is the greatest NCAA XC & distance guy of all time? He's put up some more nice results since you first made it, but you're another year older and wiser.
If a true tempo pace,then you should go 15:45 5k, but if an all-out 4mile, then 16:55 for 5k, so somewhere in that range.
