1000 @RP + 250-200-150-100 all out all of them
Full rest
(1600)
2000 @RP - 200 @milepace
1000 @RP - 200 @milepace
800 @RP - 200 @milepace
2000 @RP with kick last 300.
Rest: 30secs before the 200's, 3min after
(5000)
8 x 300 meters at 800 meter race pace with a 200 meter jog between for recovery.

So for the 1600 workout- 1000+250/full rest/1000+200/full rest etc?? would you have a short rest or go from 1000@RP straight into the short, faster run?

don't mix the w/o's up, the first one is for the 1500/mile, 2nd one for 5000
