Can a married man love 2 women?

you sound like a normal guy to me but you have to make sure you don't cross the line unless you want to also face the consequences of infidelity.

The answer to the headline question is yes a man can love two women. Because you are in the legal/religious construction of marriage you have questions of perceived morality not of the ability to love. Don't confuse the two.

With love comes respect, so cheating with this other woman does not show love for your wife...not to mention that you could contract who knows what from that other woman and give it to your wife. Would really show love to give some HPV to your wife so that she dies prematurely of cervical cancer.

Now, if you and your wife agree that you are going to have relations with this other woman and she's all for it and the three of you respect each other and make sure that none of you have any STDs to pass around, then I suppose I would say that could be within the parameters of a loving relationship with both.

Now, to be clear, this is not an opinion. You can NOT love your wife if you cheat on her (cheating means she doesn't know about it). Make sure that you know and accept this, because it is the truth.

A good friend of mine found out earlier this year that his wife of 25 years was cheating on him. He found out because she gave him an STD. They were in the process of getting a divorce, and he was having a really hard time with it. Unbeknownst to me and others, he began dealing with this by huffing some sort of chemical. He died on May 28 at age 52 doing this. I still can't believe that he is gone.

So, don't "throw down" with this woman. She's not evil, and you aren't either for wanting to, but you made a commitment to your wife. Honor that or discuss with her having an open marriage. If you cheat, it does NOT show love.
