Only 7 collegiates have ever ran faster. The NCAA record is 9.89 by Florida's Ngoni Makusha from 2011.
Darrell Brown from Trinidad and Tobago with 10.01 shared with Bromell's 10.01 earlier this year.
Demps must have been too old for the WJR when he ran that HS record 10.01 a few years ago????
