The actionon the track for day 2 has begun.
A few nuggets of info.
1) It's much cooler than yesterday. It won't be hot for tonight's ladies 10k. It's just 67 right now.
2) It's pretty windy Not sure why my computer says 3 mph wind, as we noticed the gusts walking to the stadium. And the wind is swirling.
It just went from -2.4 in the second heat of the men's 200 to + 1.2 in the third heat. Of course the time qualifiers came from heat 3.
For the most part, the win should be in their face as they run from the 200 meter mark to 300 meter mark on the track.

Fleet gets a nice ovation.
The wind will e in their faces as the turn for home. -
Just tried to turn it on and my stream is frozen on the first lap of the womens' 1500.
-
Stream working great for me (via Dish Network) - quality 4 of 5 bars - though it has frozen up briefly here and there
M 110m Hurdles up next -
well evidently I jinxed myself... walked away after heat 1 of M 110m hurdles, came back a couple of minutes later to find a message saying "The event you are watching is experiencing technical difficulties."

Same here but it is up now -
Nice heat two 100 hurdles performance by Jasmine Stowers out of LSU.
-
and Kendra Harrison sure had to work hard for her 2nd place finish in the 3rd heat.
-
I'm impressed by Tiffani McReynolds - 5'0" hurdler.
-
it's time to cut to a PLAN FOR SUCCESS
-
How did the 1500 heats go?
The NBC streaming takeover is total BS!
Put the feeds on the free internet so we can see the events. -
Tiffani McReynolds is indeed impressive. When she started at Baylor everyone noticed her for her height but pretty soon they noticed her for her achievements.
-
nothing to say, just supporting the post...it is NCAAs!!!!
-
Am I the only one tired of watching the spinning thing waiting for my event to load on the watch espn app?
-
I managed to see the 2nd semi of the men's steeplechase, and hope the women's 10,000m will show up as well.

We are uploading our interviews as we do them. Listen to them during the first half of the men's 10k instead of the commentating:
