If I trained off 75-85 mpw for 10 weeks to run a 26:05 5-Miler (5:13's). Would a sub-54:30 10-miler (5:27's) be possible 10 weeks later? What would be a "bad" race? 56-mid?

If you're a well-trained long-distance guy, in your speed range, all else being equal (course, weather, depth of field, etc.), you should be able to come within a dozen or so seconds a mile when doubling race distance -- 5K to 10K all the way up to half-marathon. Since you clearly have a solid base, this most likely applies to you. And jeez, I wouldn't worry about the upper limit of acceptable -- you are just setting yourself up for a stressful effort. Competing should be fun, a chance to thrive rather than a quest to stave off disappointment.

Thanks a lot for your input. I am trying to walk on a D1 team so I don't mind putting a little pressure on this one.

I will keep that dozen seconds in mind
Depends what you do during those 10 weeks. I'd feel better if the 10 miler was 1-2 weeks after the 5 miler.
It will be 10 weeks of 80-90 miles base with tempos/Fartlek/threshold
When I was in 26:05 shape on the road, I ran 54:20. I was more of a miler/5k but ran many 80 mile weeks one winter. 3 weeks later I ran through a marathon, bad idea. 3 weeks after that I ran 56:30. I don't think you can do any worse than I did.
