Flop implies that the shoe is selling poorly, but you just say that you don't like it. Anecdotally, I've met plenty of people who like it a lot. It's a maximalist shoe, and if you prefer to fit people in as little shoe as they need, then I wouldn't be surprised if you don't pull it down from the shelf very often. But a lot of people like extra cushion. I'd wear a pair for recovery runs.
And for what it's worth, the biggest shoe flop of all time has to be the Adidas 1.
