Not sure how having a backpack with a rice cooker in it, wearing makeup and a black veil doesn't get someone convicted of "possession of hoax device."
I could understand letting him off on insanity but don't see how he's not guilty otherwise.

You don't need to hear from any lawyers. You need to enlist the services of a physician who can prescribe you methylphenidate or Adderall.
