I'm a junior in high school. On Wednesday I ran PRs in the 1600 (4:26, 2nd) and 800 (1:58, 1st). I've run low 52 for 400.
June 6th and 7th are the dates for my state meet. Recent workout was 400, 800, 400, 800, 400, 800, 400 with 90 seconds after 400s and 150 seconds after 800s. 65, 2:14, 65, 2:12, 65, 2:09, 58.
I have 800m prelims Friday night where I hope to run 1:55, as it will be the first fresh 800 of my track career. Then Saturday afternoon I have 1600m finals, followed by 800 finals. Do you think I can break 4:20? And what do you think I should target for splits? Thanks
