Who is someone you know, or yourself, who improved the most in 1 year? I'm looking to improve a lot this year. Anyone ever go from something like a 19:00 5K to sub 17 in a year? What are the biggest improvements you've made in 1 year in HIGH SCHOOL, and what did you change about your training to do so?
We had a freshman who went from 5:44 to 5:08 for the 1600 in 1 season, but that might be because he was getting into shape. Any crazy improvements from you guys/people you know?
