Mantz also tripled with a 1:56, winning his heat. The 1:56 may not sound like much, but it's a big PR for him, which just shows how incredible his endurance is.

So the 4:45 was on Day 1
Day 2 She ran the 2 mile 10:13 or whatever it was
her 800 was 2:10
She also did the medley 30 minutes later with about a 2:11 split.
