way too hard to tell every set is like a new track meet
way too much rest, on the reps and the sets

67 second all out 500, and a 40 second all out 300. this guy is 2:10 runner.
The 500 (54 pace) and 300 (52 pace) indicate that you have 400 speed of about 49-50. I'm going to predict 1:55.
Can't be right. The 200s are odd when you look at that 500, which is 1.47 speed.
I didn't eat right before so was basically running and even with the long recovery it was not FULL and hurt. so thats where the 27 comes in
passed indoor season i ran a 1:57.02
if you can only run a 27.x 200 all out, you won't run a sub 2:00 800.

I did a sort-of-similar workout in college, 500/400/300 all out w/ 7min rest, then some 200s at the end in 30 just to loosen up. I was 66/54/40 and I was in 1:54 shape, so I'll say for you about 1:57-9, but that's a LOT of rest, and it's hard to gage your aerobic strength with that sort of rest. Do you have other times 800+?
I know a few sprinters who could do that workout faster but couldn't break 2:00, so it's tough to say precisely.
Sorry, I want to clarify, that 200, was suppose to be all out. yes. but that 300 knocked that crap out of me. even with 12 minutes left my legs were pretty sloopy
so the 500 time trial. splits were (24 high,52 low ,1:07.06)
I don't know the exact splits. as i only personally looked at my Finnish time. other clocks the rest.
I am quite capable of running somewhere in the 23s
The 300 was pretty disappointing slight head wind. and again i feel my pacing for the 500 took alot out of it.
My other times (for Equinox2100)
400m: N/A (haven't raced one sense youth.)
600m: 1:23.03
800m: 1:57.07
1000m: 2:36.xx ( awful experience)
1500m: 4:12.xx (coming off of XC training)
3000m: N/A
5000m: N/A (cross course, just sub 17)
Ran a 1:56.68 today
