Just after a little advice/commentary from you folks on here.
I'm a masters athlete from UK (M40) and I'm gunning for a sub 2h:50m marathon at Edinburgh on 25th May. Training has gone well, I've recently ran a 5k in 17:26, a hilly 10k in 36:37 and did London Marathon in 2h:51m:17s.
Realistically, apart from pain and discomfort, what do you think I can expect time wise at Edinburgh?
