Did 8x400 today with about 2 minutes rest. Ran 66,67,68,65,66,66,67,65. Where should I be time wise?

Really?
A great predictor of a 1 mile run is 8x400 with 1minute recovery between each.
A 1 mile performance is a great predictor of a 2 mile.
If you could run 8 x 400 with your average of 66.25 for each quarter mile with 60 seconds recovery that would indicate a fitness level of 4:25 for a 1 mile race. Given that you took 2 minutes, I would estimate 4:33-4:36 depending on the evenness of your pace. A 4:33-4:36 mile indicates 9:33 - 9:40 for 2 miles. I would suggest running the first mile in 4:50.
Good luck.
Well, depends on:
How well you run the race, what type of runner you are, etc.
I ran a 9:33 3k indoor and was running 8X400 with 80 second rest at an average of 67. I think I could of run about 9:50 outdoor. I ran a 4:19 1500m (about 4:38 mile or so) outdoor as well at 16:30 5k. So i'd say you're around 9:50, maybe faster if you pace correctly and push yourself.
My pr is 10:17. I think I just run scared honestly. I feel like I have the fitness.
And I also did 14x400 a few weeks ago with 60 seconds rest averaging 73's with the last two sub 70 comfortably.
My goal for my 3ks was to just run the most relaxed 5 minute mile that I could. Go off the line nice and easy and maintain a relaxed, but decent pace for the 1st mile. Then thats when you have to start to push to hold the pace
What were your splits when you ran 10:17?
9:48
5:09 and 5:08
10:07
