What can be predicted from a 20x400m workout with 200m jog (70 sec)? Does it say anything about your mile, 5k or 10k time?
I've never done such a hard workout (lot of volume), it's on the schedule for this week.

10 x 400 with 60 seconds rest is usually your mile pace. So 20 x 400 means that this is your mile pace cut in half.
Example: You run 10 x 400 at 2 minutes/400. This gets you an 8 minute mile.
If you can do 20 x 400 at 2 minutes/400, then you could theoretically do a 4 minute mile.

This above makes absolutely no sense.
20x400 with 60 sec rest is a good 5k workout.
clearly trolling hahahaha thats very stupid
Double the length of the reps and recoveries and you have a well known marathon predictor.
