I've run two beer miles in my life; both are dreadful (19 min&20 min). Now i have only broken 5 for the mile once in my life, so it's not like I'm a great runner. I probably drink more than anyone on my team though and I still can't keep it down, which worries me.
I finished both 800m last laps (penalty for puking) in 2:32-2:35, so I think my problem lies in the beer, does any one have any tips or suggestions for improving my time?
