    Racing this weekend... what do you think i can run.

    did this workout about 2 weeks ago...

    300m(41) 12min 600m (1:24) 15min 300(42)

    PB is 1:57.xx in march after along indoor season.. took 10 days off track workouts (some easy runs) started up again end of march.. training sense then.

    The 600 is worth 1:56 if it was race effort, 1:55 if more like a 600m split. The 300's are at 600 pace and mean nothing with full recovery.

    Anything you can run for 600 in a workout, you should be able to split in a well-paced race if your hate is pure enough.
