This year I missed the first 3 weeks of track season to a foot injury. I did some cross training on a bike but it seems I lost a good bit of endurance after running 900 miles over the winter. I've run a couple meets now and gotten 4:52 and 10:41 in the 1600 and 3200. The state meet is in 2 1/2 weeks and I want to be under 4:40 and 10:20 at the least by then. I know progress is made over time in running, but what can I do in the next couple weeks to get the best times possible?
