hit 63 secs first 400, but died last 100 into 1:37.
300m was 47, definitely could've gone faster, held back a bit, considering i did 300's in 45 during the week.
150's ranged from 20-22 seconds. think one dipped to 19.

never race 800
whats a time to aim for and a good pacing strategy to hit this? ultimately i want to go sub 2:10 this season, think my speed/speed endurance limits me more than anything else.
