I was about to post how no one wants to see a SCRAWNY runner on TV but if it's true and this guy is actually a 440 sprinter then this may be different. Sprinting is hugely beneficial for body composition. If you BUFF up in the gym and use sprints to complement, you get RIPPED, too. WIN/WIN.

Dude, I just noticed that a runner made it far on a hollywood show & wanted to share the news, since this is letsRUN and because people on here are always saying runners can't be popular with the ladies.

The 440 thing exposes you as a REALLY old troll. Would anyone under 75 actually mention 440, when the website says 400?

He's a 4/8 guy and he's 6'3", so a girl is going to like him, at least the physical part.
