One of my knees hurt. Yesterday, I did my run in a pair of trainers that are almost completely worn out in the back. Is there a possible connection?

yes...this is actually the sign for me that my shoes are shot. Take a look at the tread patterns and decide. Also keep track of how many mile you put on them...once my NB 890s get to 400-500 they are usually done and my knees may act up or my feet may act up if I continue training in them. Most shoes last people 300-600 miles depending on economy, weight, stride mechanics, etc.
Only if you're a coddled sissy boy
Ask AJ.
Do you like your 890's? I'm thinking of getting a pair.
Hingle,
When shoes die you need to replace them for sure. Mine have been dead for a week and I kept training in them and now I have posterior shin splints that inhibit further training in both legs.
Maybe spend less time on your knees and they won't hurt so much.
Yes. Go buy new shoes.
