I'm running the 4x800m this Saturday and my coach wants me to break 2 in the 800m. I probably can, but I still feel like it's really hard. I'm more of a 2 miler. I'm a senior in high school and my mile and two mile times are 4:23 and 9:17. This only my second meet of the season. I went from a 9:37 to a 9:17 this past weekend, but I've been doing more endurance. My mileage is around 50 per week when I'm not racing. We're trying to qualify for Penn Relays so a lot is on the line.
