Hi,
First lactic tolerance session of the season was done earlier: 3 x 350m with 15 mins recovery.
42.5s, 42.2s, 43.1s
Any idea on 400m time predictions?

54.5 to 57.5 depending on your build and additional speed or endurance.
If you could run a 200 in 25-26 you'd be at the lower end, if you could only run a 27 but have a sub 2:10 800m you'll be at the higher end.

adlfkjasldkfj: did you think he said 300s in those times? He said 350s.
I would predict about 49 flat. I assume these 350s were with a rolling start.
To be clear though, this workout will have a lot of variance depending on the individual. I did this exact workout my freshman year of college with almost identical times, I think my last 350 was a hair faster than yours, other than that the same. I had 3 teammates doing it with me, one guy slightly behind, maybe .5 second back and two guys both about .5s in front of me, so you'd predict a pretty close spread in our times. I ended up running 50.04 a week or two later while the two guys in front of me ran low 48s, so it isn't an "exact science." But it clearly points to a mid 48 to 50 flat range.
