If you raise it (and your total and ldl) with a high sat fat diet, you are likely hurting yourself

So how was ANY of that really supposed to change my opinion of high sat fat diets? An opinion based on reading literally 1000's of research articles on the topic, having an advanced degree in the field, and working in the field of discussion? WIth all due respect, there is zero reason why it would change my mind.
