Almost impossible to say since you ran on a grass track. Some of these are almost as fast as a normal track and others a lot slower and I am not sure how the track you ran on compares. You can probably go 2:06-2:10 on the grass track, so maybe 2:01-2:05 on a real track (very large guess)
and i actually ran (in May 2013, which is when I did this session):
2:11.76, opening in 60, and dying hard in the last 300m.

How the h*ll did you manage to go 71 on the last lap...
I was in last the whole way round and got pretty demoralised as everyone else streaked away from me. The guy in front of me ran 2:03 I think, so I was running solo for a while. It certainly wasn't fun, running the second lap of a 800m race at slower than 1500m pace (and the last 100 probably slower than 5k pace!)...
That's a tough workout to do at 800 pace. How did you feel. Is there another workout for reference. I'd say 205 on a good day. Most likely 207.
