That's a huge PR for CG.
Granted, his previous PR was probably at altitude but, still not many high school seniors jump from 4:19 to 4:06.
That seems like a crazy meet with hundreds of finishers at each distance. Curious how many sections they run...actually, per the meet website:
131 Races - No More Than 20 Seconds Between Races
Awesome meet - they run ~25 sections of the frosh/soph boys 1600, ~25 girls 1600s and ~25 varsity biys 1600s, plus 5-6 heats of the 3200 for each group and 5-10 heats of the 800 for each group.
Thank you for including the hundredths of a second value. Made a huge difference for me.
