What do you guys think about this workout plan for 3 months March/April/May
Running 400/800 main focus is 400 but sometimes also 800 competition
Mon, easy: 20-30' run + drills/jumps + upper body
Tue, hard: hill sprints ex 3x300+6x200 + strides + core
Wed, easy: 20-30' run + drills/jumps + upper body
Thu, hard: sprint session (lot of jumps) + strides + lower body
Fri, rest: training of choice, ex 15' bike + upper body
Sat, hard: mixed with ex 3-4x900 hilly + around 15 x very short hill sprints + core
Sun, hard: sprint session ex 3x3x60 fly + 4x3x30-50 m block starts + lower body
