After two months of doing workouts in the road due to a snow covered track, it's finally starting to warm up in sync with the end of indoor. This is getting me excited for our first outdoor race in three weeks. With these indoor times, what would be a good prediction for my early season?
400: 56.04 (the only one I ran was the first meet of the season)
800: 2:02.8 (as a double after the 1200 pr)
1200: 3:13.x
All of these were run on unbanked tracks.
