tomorrow i got a 1500 and then an 800. they are roughly 2 hrs 15 min apart. i am not a 1500m runner, im an 800m specialist and im basically just running the 1500m tomorrow as a training session. i really am looking for a new PR in the 800m tomorrow and i guess the 1500m will maybe even help a little since it will shake the nerves out and get me loose/carefree for my main event. anyways do you predict i will be fully recoverd? and what could i do to maximize my recovery?
