I'm a post collegaite athlete who is still training but got a salary job and work 40 hrs a week now. The thing is I workout after work everyday, and usually do a couple doubles a week (am & pm). So my question is some co-workouts ask me out for a drink or two after work sometimes. So we go to the bar for 2 beers then leave about 7 usually. Is it ok to then run an easy 6 or 7 after that say at like 8 or 9? Say I eat dinner at the bar too.
Just wondering if that's good for my body at all or if I should do this.
