I've pretty consistantly got cramps in EVERY race ive ever done in over 10 now. The pit of my stomache will turn into a knot it feels and it SUCKS. Is it just a nervous thing or what? How do i stop this? This past race i had a cup of coffee, a bannana and 1 egg/toast 4 hours prior to the race. One race i had a grain bar 3 hours before and a banana/OJ and still got severe cramping in my stomache.. Ideas??
Give me a list of what to eat and a timeframe, i'm racing this Sunday ill let you know how it goes!
