Those workouts would kick my as$. Not even sure I could do the 2nd one. The first and third I could do but it would be a very hard effort. I think you're set for 1:15 if you can do that but what do I know.
But I was actually thinking of doing an 8 miler at 6:00 pace as one last good tempo. For that middle workout, at this point I'd rather do something like 6 x 1 mile at 5:40s recovering with 2:00 at 7:30/8:00 since I'm close to the race and think honing in on hmp with short recoveries is the way too go. With 3:00 - 3:30 pure rest i could probably average 5:25ish but not sure. Haven't done that typ of workout in a while.
If you jump into a half, you're def in better shape than me if you're doing those workouts and recovering within a couple days. Good luck and thanks.
