So, I've been thinking about getting a gym membership for a place that has an indoor pool so that during track season I can do pool running. I was thinking I could do track practice, then after getting home, go out to the gym and do some amount of pool running to get more workout in. Would this be something that would help my running? I've heard good things about it. Such as, virtually no injury and can even help with recovery. Since I'm a little injury prone, would this be a good option to getting in more training with less pain?
