Here's a prediction: you won't just go out and race an 800 to see what shape you're in because you're a tard.
Seriously, just go race. Not to mention, this workout has too much rest to be a predictor, plus it's only 200s. I could do this workout at 28s with that much race hit there's no way I'm running 1:52, and that's being a 14:1x 5k runner.
GO DO A RACE OR TIME TRIAL. starting threads like this will never get you the answer you're looking for because it in no way provides enough information.

Just go run 2x600 full recovery.
The average 600 time will be about what you'll split 600 in a race. Add your 400-600 split + 2 for your likely 800.
