That is all.
That is all.
Cycling is a team sport. Eddy had the best team for many years, so it is really not quite so clear an assessment as you might think. How much do you really know about cycling, its history, his use of PEDs, etc.?
Please refrain from publicly (albeit anonymously) embarrassing yourself.

Merckx was caught doping circa 1969. Tarnished.
Used EPO, HGH and others. Doped more than Lance!

Eddy tested positive a couple of times and it is obvious that he was on pretty much any drug available at that time. EPO, however, was not one of them.
I remember people said the same about Lance Armstrong, WHEN HE WAS DOPING. And, then, me a mediocre local runner, runs a 2:40 at age 42, while, super Lance runs the same year at age 34, a 2:44.
Mono y Mono. The skinny runner wins!!!!
Nonsense! EPO and HGH were not available to Merckx in the 1960s. No doubt he used whatever was available to him at the time - as did every other top ranking cyclist of his era - but compared to the nuclear weapons of Armstrong , Pantani ,Julich etc. we are talking bows and arrows by comparison.
Recommend you read a couple of good biographies of British cyclist Tommy Simpson who died in Le Tour in 1967 in part because of the doping regime he was following (in equal part due to his courage and desire to win the race!). One is by Fotherington the other by Sidwell. These books make clear the prevalence and nature of doping in the era of Merckx

No, he wasn't. He was a superb racer, in a way you will never understand, although you will argue as though you actually know what you are talking about as usual.
