When I ask about other people's crossfit workouts I get an answer - how they felt, what they did, what they've improved on, what they liked, how much more attractive they are. I don't have to prompt anything or pry it out of them, they can't wait to tell me. Apparently, there are many differences between us and runners.
You really shouldn't be trolling on a serious post. That is unacceptable.
Ask how far. That will always get a better response. If they didn't run that far, they will tell you why. If they did run far, they will be proud to tell you about it.
