When is the"ideal" time to arrive, will i lose the altitude effect if i show up 2-3 days early? or is it best to show up the night before the race?? My race is at 7am and im coming from 7k ft (Been here for 7-8 months). I'm debating on if i show up a day or 2 earlier if it will effect my performance and ill start losing red blood cells immediately?
