She's Tirunesh Dibaba's little sister right? they got some good genes in that family
-
i have to have a laff !!!
i've been saying for years that women's 1500 was p!ss-weak
now does it seem so far-fetched when it was suggested that her bigger sister couda gone 3'53 outdoors in her 5kwr shape ???!!! -
using standard 1.08 conversion -->
4'13.99 mile -
Dang. Double dang.
To think she was a cross/5000 runner until she realized it would be too long before she could beat her sister there! -
off note
the fastest non-chinese/ruskie time is boulmerka's 3'55.30 from gold run in '92
genze's indoor time is already quicker & probably at least 2s outdoors, ->
3'52/3'53 -
this is just the beginning
expect 'unexpected' times across the board
igf-1 r3 + hematide + resveratrol
it's going to be a big year.. -
Not to mention she was 2:09 at 800m meaning she ran her last 700m in about 1:46-7, unbelievable
-
have to wait for splits, but 2'09+ is 4'02 pace !!!
when we get the splits, it will probably indicate an even-pace time around
3'53i
( she can already have this & more like 3'51i considering she threw away coupla secs in slow pace to 800 even after evening-up splits ) -

Those splits are absolutely unbelieveable...I mean she coulda run 3:52 indoors even paced, what is going on???? Is the outdoor world record in jeapordy? -

yes
haven't look at vid carefully, but off crawling pace to 800 ( for a 3'55 ), then evenning out splits & 2 - 3s for quicker outdoor tracks, she currently has to be currently in outdoor shape of
~ 3'49 -

Albeit her sister is extremely talented and she probably trains very hard and has near-perfect genes... something is fishy. I do believe a new substance has permeated the running scene. Few people accept the 1500 times of Ma's army. Now Genzebe is on pace to beat those?? I was skeptical of Rupp, I'm shocked by this, and I'm more or less anticipating some ridiculous times this year. -
Well, Jenny will never medal again. White athletes lose over and over again.
-
She was at 2:45 with 500M to go. Looks like she closed around a 56 sec 400M.
-
I thought indoors was slower than outdoors.
How could she run faster than any non-chinese/ruskie time outdoors ever? -
Paula Ivan ran under 3:54 in the Seoul Olympic final.
She was from Romania.
